These Terms govern your use of the RAW live telepresence platform, our Zero-Recording covenant, direct master escrow, and mutual safety obligations.

ARTICLE 01ENFORCEABLE TERMS

Acceptance of Terms & Nature of Service

By creating an account, reserving a session, or transmitting data on the RAW platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Stibe Labs.

1.1 The Real-Time Telepresence Platform

RAW ('Real-time Authentic Wellbeing') operates a proprietary software telepresence marketplace that enables dedicated students to connect directly with verified heritage masters, martial arts practitioners, yoga acharyas, and licensed physical therapists across the globe in real time.

1.2 Zero-Recording Core Obligation

As an express, material condition of your access to RAW, you agree that all live audiovisual transmissions are ephemeral and strictly non-recordable. You agree never to use third-party software, screen recorders, external cameras, or audio interception tools to record, capture, archive, or redistribute any live master session.

ARTICLE 02ENFORCEABLE TERMS

Master-Student Sanctuary Code of Conduct

RAW training rooms are sacred, private spaces. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against misconduct, harassment, and disrespect of living traditions.

2.1 Respect for Living Masters & Elders

Students must approach sessions with cultural humility and respect for the lineage, etiquette, and traditional protocols of the instructor. Verbal abuse, derogatory comments, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and permanent account suspension.

2.2 Professional Boundaries

Coaches and students must maintain professional training boundaries at all times. All communication, scheduling, and payments must occur exclusively through RAW's official platform interfaces.

2.3 Appropriate Attire & Safe Training Space

Participants must wear appropriate athletic training attire suitable for their chosen discipline and ensure their physical training environment is clear of hazards, sharp objects, and obstructions.

ARTICLE 03ENFORCEABLE TERMS

Booking, Escrow & Strict No-Refund Policy

Our financial architecture protects both students and living masters through transparent escrow and a definitive no-refund standard.

3.1 Payment Escrow Hold

When a booking is confirmed, the session fee is authorized and placed into escrow via Stripe Connect. Funds are held securely until the live transmission concludes safely.

3.2 Coach Remittance Guarantee

RAW remits 88% of the session fee directly to the instructor. Reversing funds after a master reserves their sacred arena exploits the master's dedicated schedule.

3.3 Strict No-Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All purchases, class bookings, cohort intensives, and subscriptions on RAW are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. No cash, bank, credit card, or fiat refunds are provided for change of mind, inability to attend, personal scheduling conflicts, or device issues.

3.4 Rescheduling Window (24+ Hours Notice)

Students may reschedule a 1-on-1 private transmission to an alternate mutual time slot provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions (No-Shows) forfeit the entire session fee with zero refund.

3.5 Core Platform Interruption (Credit Only)

In the rare event that a verified platform-wide server outage on RAW's core infrastructure prevents a transmission from occurring, students are granted a 1-click session credit to rebook. Under no circumstances are cash refunds issued.

ARTICLE 04ENFORCEABLE TERMS

Health, Safety & Physical Assumption of Risk

Movement training involves inherent physical exertion. You are responsible for knowing your physical limits and consulting a medical professional.

4.1 Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participating in high-intensity movement, martial arts (such as Kalaripayattu or Muay Thai), calisthenics, and deep mobility training carries inherent physical risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any physical injuries or strains resulting from your practice.

4.2 Wellness vs. Medical Care Distinction

Instruction on RAW is intended for wellness and physical mastery. While verified physiotherapists provide professional guidance for self-rehabilitation, sessions on RAW do not constitute an emergency medical service, diagnosis, or in-person surgical evaluation.

4.3 Prior Medical Clearance

You affirm that you have consulted a physician before commencing any strenuous fitness regime, especially if you have pre-existing cardiovascular, spinal, or musculoskeletal conditions.

ARTICLE 05ENFORCEABLE TERMS

Intellectual Property & Cultural Sovereignty

Indigenous knowledge and ancestral traditions belong to their respective lineages and practitioners.

5.1 Traditional Lineage Ownership

RAW makes no claim of ownership or copyright over traditional forms, katas, chuvadu, or cultural teaching methods transmitted by instructors. All instructors retain complete ownership of their personal teachings.

5.2 Platform Proprietary Rights

The RAW telepresence client, user interface, brand assets, sub-40ms spatial routing protocols, and proprietary on-device pose estimation code are the exclusive intellectual property of Stibe Labs.

ARTICLE 06ENFORCEABLE TERMS

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Fair, binding dispute resolution designed to resolve conflicts amicably and transparently.

6.1 Good Faith Mediation

In the event of any disagreement between a student and coach, the RAW Trust & Safety Council provides neutral mediation based on session telemetry, attendance logs, and verified communications.

6.2 Binding Arbitration & Legal Venue

Any legal claims arising out of this agreement shall be governed by international commercial arbitration rules, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer rights in your local country of residence.
